Eileen Fennell
Eileen is a senior analyst researching how the healthcare industry must evolve to sustainably and equitably manage the rapidly aging population. In this role, she explores the cross-industry impact of issues related to caring for an aging population.
In a previous role at Advisory Board, Eileen conducted research on the clinical workforce, including flexible nurse staffing and patient flow. She holds a BS in neurobiology from Georgetown University.
Eileen is passionate about ensuring the healthcare industry, particularly the workforce, is prepared for a future population with increasingly complex care needs. She aims to inspire curiosity about how care is delivered across the system.
