Elysia supports cross-industry research at Advisory Board. She investigates topics related to senior care, such as how to manage the rapidly aging population equitably and sustainably. Previously, Elysia worked on a variety of other research areas including home-based care, facility strategy, and health care technology.

Elysia graduated from the University of San Diego with a BA in business administration and a minor in psychology.
