Jocelyn is the vice president of client services at Advisory Board. She oversees the full range of delivery, from web-based self-service to long-term, consultative partnerships. Since 2013 she has served Optum and Advisory Board in commercial and consulting delivery roles.
Her previous professional experience included defending and managing professional liability litigation against behavioral health providers. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Rutgers University, Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, and Master of Health Administration from George Mason University. She also studied comparative health systems and comparative health law at the University of Oxford.
