Thomas is a managing director overseeing Advisory Board's content strategy, project management, and editorial teams. Since 2016, he has also led the Daily Briefing, Advisory Board's flagship daily news publication.

Previously, Thomas spent almost a decade as an aide in the U.S. Congress, including serving as the communications director for the bipartisan Congressional Oversight Panel established to oversee the Troubled Asset Relief Program after the 2008 financial crisis. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in science, technology, and culture, and also holds master's degrees in both creative writing and business administration.
